One of my musical heroes is the guitarist Davy (later Davey) Graham. In the 1960s I bought two of his LPs, Folk, Blues and Beyond and Midnight Man. I saw him twice in concert.
Probably his best known composition is the instrumental Anji (sometimes Angi). There is a well known version by Paul Simon. As I don't have a copy of Davy's recording I went for a search through the vaults of iTunes. Imagine my surprise when I discovered that the only available recording was on a bizarre compilation entitled 100 Dinner Party Songs.
However, there was oodles of Taylor Swift and Justin Bieber.
